Impeccably clean and modern hotel, nice and absolutely perfect location very close to the u-bahn station. Silent rooms and spotless with all the amenities and excellent beds, for instance.

Stayed at this place for 6 nights. the room was cozy with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Loved having a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe for convenience. Waking up to a city view from my window was a nice touch. the services here were top-notch! 🌟

The property is excellently located in the 13th Hietzing district, close to Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, as well as Hietzing. the staff is kind and helpful, always ready to assist in any way. the location is wonderful, right next to the metro line. the hotel offers superb service, making the stay even more enjoyable. It was an incredible day exploring the oldest zoo in the world, filled with fascinating animals and interactive exhibits. The kids were thrilled to see lions, elephants, and monkeys up close, and we all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was a memorable and educational experience for the whole family.
My children wanted more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Maximilian Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy lounge area and a big, comfortable bed. The noise isolation was excellent, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the coffee and tea maker in the room, as well as the large bathroom stocked with fantastic organic Austrian cosmetics. The location was fantastic, right across from the beautiful Schonbrunn castle and park, and it was easy to access other attractions via public transport or taxi. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
