Incredible location right near beautiful gardens and public transport. The staff really helped us organize a taxi to the airport which was super convenient.

It wasn’t exactly cheap for what we got but still okay.

The Classic Room was spacious, but the cleaning could've been better.

The breakfast options were extensive, including a delightful variety of fresh bread, pastries, and fruits, setting a great tone for the day.

One downside was the expensive parking, which was around 40 EUR per day. public transport nearby offers a cheaper alternative.

The hotel offers a modern and spacious room.

I encountered a frustrating situation during my stay. The shower was equipped with an unpleasant odor, making it completely unusable. the sink was annoyingly low and inconvenient. To top it all off, the service at the front desk was lacking in courtesy, which is completely unacceptable.

Can recommend for a short interlude

Incredible location, peaceful room, comfortable amenities, including a fitness center, and just a short walk from Hietzing metro station, which makes exploring effortless.

All was perfect

the hotel is super close to schönbrunn palace, which is amazin! really spacious room and the bathroom was huge, much bigger than what we usually see in austria hotels. the staff were all super friendly, especially the guy at the front desk and the girl who checked us in, they always had a smile for us. after a long honeymoon trip, this place was just perfect to end it. we will definitely be back for sure!

only thing was that the cleaning could've been better, like the bins weren’t emptied and used cups were left uncleaned. also, the pillows were just tossed on the bed instead of being arranged properly.

A minor downside was the slightly higher price compared to nearby options, but it was worth it for the overall experience.

Generous room size with numerous USB outlets made charging easy during our stay. The location is a bit removed from the main attractions, yet just a short walk to the U-Bahn. the absence of air conditioning was quite uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather during our visit.
